Our modern production lines specially projected for this purpose, are strictly controlled and kept clean and positively pressurized. Raw materials are measured and distributed automatically, and the control over the process strictly guarantees that lots may be identically reproduced. Appropriate packaging reduces contamination risks.

The Osasco unit in São Paulo or the Simões Filho unit in Bahia may produce these product lines indistinctly.

Our PVC Compounds meet Brazilian norms that govern those applications: physical, chemical and biological conditions are monitored. All of the products are certified by the competent agencies and institutes in accordance with NBR [Brazilian Technical Norm] 11599. Copies of the reports are forwarded to customers upon request.

We have a line of products that may be sterilized using ethylene oxide or gamma rays.

Our products may be transformed through the following processes:

• Extrusion of hoses;
• Extrusion of films by balloon or pressing;
• Blow molding;
