The extrusion process is used to create liner profiles, door and window frames (indoors and outdoors), folding doors, gutters, profiles for furniture finishing, electrical wire and cable covers, telephones, hoses, tubes for distribution and sanitation; tubes for medical-hospital use, etc.

Extrusion is a continuous process that basically consists of the plastification of a PVC compound that may be in grain or powder form, with the aid of a plastification cylinder equipped with electrical resistance and a screw. The plastified compound is forced past a mold that has a “profile” of the product to be manufactured.
