Slush Moulding is a process wherein a powdered PVC compound  (dry-blend) is introduced into a mold with precise control over temperature and gelling time. Cooling supplies the cover that is used in automotive panels. In these panels, the PVC provides the outer part, for a smooth touch. The inner part of the panel normally contains ABS and polyurethane, for support and shock absorption.
