Dacarto Benvic has two production units and two regional offices to effectively serve 1500 clients on the domestic and international markets, making use of more than 2000 formulas developed for various industrial activities: automotive, food, hygiene and cleanliness, clothing, civil construction, electro-electronic industry, hospital, pharmaceutical, among other things.

One of the factories is located in São Paulo, in the city of Osasco, which is the headquarters of the company, and the other one is located in Bahia, in Simões Filho near the city of Salvador. These factories provide a differentiated logistical advantage for the distribution of production via land, air or maritime means. Its regional offices are located in Recife, Pernambuco and in Novo Hamburgo, Rio Grande do Sul.

The company has a number of production lines that are technically qualified, updated and specialized to meet any needs: rigid or flexible, transparent or colored, dull or shiny, including specific atoxic product lines.

The PVC Compounds produced by Dacarto Benvic are used in any transformation, injection, extrusion, blowing and pressing process, among others.

Dacarto Benvic is a pioneer in the use of an isolated environment, with filtered air and positive pressure, specially dedicated to the production of PVC Compounds designed for the atoxic line, to specifically meet the requirements of the hospital industry.

Raw materials, intermediary and final products are monitored through trials performed in Dacarto Benvic’s own control laboratory, employing properly trained staff.

Dacarto Benvic has a modern physical-chemical and biological treatment facility that recycles all effluents, thus reducing the environmental emissions impact, as well as significantly reducing the amount of water used.

The factory is also equipped with a dust removal system, reducing the emission of particles, protecting the health of employees and preventing their release into the neighboring communities.
